New Life, New Body – Feb. 5th 2017

Hello to you all!

How are you today? It’s quite a late update but I wanted to share an important thing with you guys.

I’ve started a diet because I feel like I need it. And I also feel like if I tell you guys, I’ll actually stick to it.
I’m not gonna lie, it was going to be a New Year’s Resolution but I ended up needing McDonald’s and alcohol and sweets and whatever so I kinda stopped… but this time I’m digging right back into it!

So tonight I’m telling you with all the motivation I possibly can have: I’ll make it. My goal is to have the best dress ever for my graduation ceremony in October. That gives me 8 months and a half to lose about 10kg. That is SO feasable!

To help me through this hard period of time, I’ll post pictures of my meals on an Instagram account I’ve created (@thoughtsofacommongirl) with the hashtag #FromBuddhaToAppolon and I’m hoping you’ll follow me on there and help me out if you see any un-healthy post! 😉
